Does having no pregnancy symptoms mean something is wrong?

Myth

No. Many people have healthy pregnancies with few or no symptoms, especially early on.

In one prospective study, about a quarter of women had no nausea. Symptoms also come and go from day to day.

A sudden loss of symptoms on its own is not a reliable sign of miscarriage. Bleeding, cramping pain or other worries are reasons to contact your provider.
